Yes. Each one is a complete, working website you can open and use. Some started as redesigns for real local businesses and are shown here as generic versions with fictional brands, so no client’s details appear; the rest are design concepts or websites of our own studio. Each website’s page says which. You can open them, use their tools and check their Google Lighthouse scores yourself. Your version keeps the design, the tool and the performance, and replaces everything about that business with yours.
Yes. Some demos are in Spanish because they started as redesigns for businesses in Spain; the newest are in English. Your website is written in the language your customers speak — English, Spanish or both — and the tools work the same in any language.
Your domain is registered in your name, and the texts, photos and logo you give us are yours. The design and the code are ours, licensed to you while your plan is active. If you would rather own the website itself, you can buy it out at any time for $990.
Both plans include adapting the design to your business, copy written for you, local SEO for your city, launch on your domain with SSL, hosting, backups, security monitoring and software updates. Starter ($290 a year) includes one content edit a month. Business ($590 a year) adds a professional email on your domain, your Google Business Profile set up and linked, unlimited small edits and a quarterly performance report.
No long contract. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the month; yearly plans simply don’t renew if you tell us. There are no exit fees.
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the website goes offline. Your domain stays registered in your name, and the texts, photos and logo you gave us are yours. To keep the website, buy it out for $990 before you go.
